Heat 1 tablespoon of Skin Gourmet's Cold Pressed Coconut Oil in a heavy pot over medium-high heat.
Add one or two kernels of popcorn once the oil begins to simmer. When they burst open, add in ¼ cup popcorn kernels.
Cover the pot, keeping the lid slightly cracked open, and shake, coating the kernels with oil.
Continue to shake, cracking open the lid every few seconds, as the kernels pop.
Repeat this until all the kernels are popped.
Remove the pot from the heat.
Drizzle in another tablespoon of melted coconut oil and 1 to 2 tablespoons of agave syrup.
Add ⅓ cup toasted coconut flakes (Soa Snacks of Africa make the yummiest kind ^_^ !), ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
If you’re feeling feisty, add a sprinkle of Ghana Red Chilli pepper (Yes the one for kebabs).
